Next Steps

From here there are three ways to proceed, you can use one of our standard design plans, commission an architect or use our in-house designers to assist you with plans and planning permission if necessary.

​​Step 1: Initial Requirements?

 

Planning

A full planning service is available and includes submitting applications to local offices for Planning Permission, and Listed Building Consent as well as a Building Regulation Approval and Building Notice. You may wish to carry out these tasks yourself.

Structural Calculations

Structural Calculations are included in the price of all our standard buildings and we can commission our engineer to produce calculations for all other buildings.​​​​

Step 2: Select a package

 

Kit Form Package

This service will provide you with an oak frame in a kit form for the self builder. The building is manufactured and pre-assembled in our workshop to ensure quick and easy assembly on site. Included in all kits are a full set of instructions, screws, nails, pegs and bolts.

Full Package

With this service we can undertake building the entire project from initiating the groundwork, electrical and plumbing work, to laying roof tiles. Please enquire as this option is available within range of our workshop. However, we can work with your local contractor to prepare the site.

Supply and Fit Packages

This is the most popular option and includes manufacturing the oak frame in our workshop, delivering it to site where it is assembled to customer’s own groundworks. This service is offered throughout the country.
